It has been so long since I did an entry for my xanga. I wrote parts of this entry a long time ago and kind of forgot about it. So some of this stuff happened over a month ago. Hehe, oops. Because of my Stupid Myspace, I completely forget about my Xanga.

On Sunday I can’t wait for Jess’s big 18 bday bash. That will be exciting. And after that I am going to the film festival at 1:00. I submitted my movie that Emily, Jamie, and I made in 9th grade. It’s a parody of the The Ring, but we called ours “The Comma.” That was one of the best times I have ever had. It’s so cheesy and really badly edited. I hope people enjoy it…

I went to see the Body World’s Exhibit. It is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. It’s weird, but after seeing those bodies I really want to be a doctor, but I am way too lazy. The things I saw and learned and experienced was outstanding. If you have a chance ever to go see it, I highly recommend it.

So we had the veterans improve show. I don’t think we have ever had a better crowd. We had such a good time. Improv is pretty hard to perform. You really have to be good on your toes and have your mind working a mile a minute. But we all have a good time. Steve and I got some weird topic to talk about for the slide show…some country in the Middle East. Yea, so, that was an interesting game.

Quotes that I recently heard (not exactly word for word because my memory isn’t that good):

“Don’t eat so much, you could feed a third world country.”

“At least I don’t look like I just visited a third world country”

                        -Andrew and Steve

“Once my friend went to college he noticed something about girls. He said that they were like parking spots. They are either taken or handicapped.”

                        -Abby Drey

During an improve game (thank god Mr. Reppert wasn’t in the room for this one):

“Okay Kavitha, what was the weapon?”

“Ummmm, a penis pump?”

Loud obnoxious laughter

“NO! it was a bong!”

“Oh….”

            -Molly and Myself

Does anyone believe in signs? Well I have had a lot lately all about Nebraska in some way:

  • The lottery ticket winners were from Lincoln Nebraska, so I heard about that for a week
  • In AP US History class we talked about the Central Pacific Railroad which originated in Omaha, Nebraska
  • I watched the “The Comma” movie my Omaha friends made, and so I remembered them
  • Some how my friend Alyssa and I got on the subject of “Nebraskan Boys”
  • Jenny and I were talking about going to New York and that we had never seen Wicked. I started telling her that even my friends in Omaha saw Wicked before we did and how my mom saw some of them on Good Morning America. And then Jenny said, “Well you would have been on tv with them if you hadn’t of moved. But that means that you wouldn’t know us.”
  • And someone was asking my what life in the Midwest was like, and that made me sad
  • Oh oh oh oh, and that I went to a prom meeting and found out that Wilson’s prom is on the same day as my old high school’s prom
  • We watched a movie in Health class about some girl who got raped at Creighton in Omaha Nebraska

I believe these are all signs that make me keep remembering Omaha, and I want to go back so bad. So many memories, so many good times.

Titanic was really a blast. I made some many new friends. I heard that people in the audience either really hated it or loved it. I thought it was a little slow at times, but really moving. The damn show made me cry the last night. Andrew Wedlock’s face when he was crying made me cry, and then Matt Flocco cried. I couldn’t handle the emotions. I have been doing musicals since 8th grade, but I did my first high school musical in 9th grade, with Anything Goes. I did Anything Goes again 10th grade, and this year was Titanic. Why not keep up the tradition? I have to do a musical on a ship next year.

Went to New York this past weekend. Saw RENT. Amazing. I did some bad things while I was in New York. The naked cowboy touched me. I felt really dirty. I had to really explain that picture to my mom. I was like “HE”S FAMOUS!” Anyway, I also bared my chest to the world at the MTV Spring Break sign. Okay so that wasn’t that bad. Oh my god! I got a picture with the Roger guy from RENT. OOOOO, and he put his arm around after this huge long struggle. We were both laughing so hard when they took the picture that the looks on our faces is priceless! We also had this cooky workshop that was all deep and emotional. I was kind of hoping for a dance and sing kind of workshop, but this was new and emotionally draining. Its so sad, after seeing the show on Broadway, we watch RENT the movie on our way home.

So Monty Python is our next show. That will be interesting. I really have to brush up on my British accent. Haven’t used that since this summer. I can’t wait to see the finished product!

I will try harder to keep up with my xanga!

Amelia and Moi with the naked Cowboy

The really big dinasaur at Toys "R" Us

Molly and me being promiscuous

Hehe, we all have very amazing eyebrows

More

All I want.

The need grows stronger,

Every moment I am without.

Chills run up my spine,

As I stand at the desolate end,

Waiting, watching.

The giver of evil arrives.

The need has subsided.

More, more, more, all I want is more.

All I want.

Moments have passed me by,

But the giver has not emerged from hell.

The green shivers as it waits to be received.

The distant cries of another,

Are softened by my own.

My need has not subsided.

More, more, more, all I want it more.

All I want.

The angelic voices tell me,

The need must be forever erased.

The want is stronger than the fight.

Droplets of moisture perspire from every pore.

Uncontrollable shakes of desire.

The distant cries of another are long expired.

Must do it for the other.

More, more, more, I don’t want anymore.

*That poem was inspired by RENT*

Sari

Yellow. Red. Green.

Precious colors.

Five feet silk.

Caresses my every move.

The difficult task,

Lays at the feet of a young girl.

The ladies must set her straight.

Around the waist and over the left.

Remember those words.

Marriage,

Cleaning,

Trips to market,

To meet life’s little indiscretions.

Fits every moment of every life.

Tradition.

That is what the girl,

Must keep in mind.

Centuries old,

Women must obey.

Modern times,

Call for modern measures.

Hot pink, bright orange, sky blue.

Tradition is a word,

Not to be spoken.

*I'm not sure what this was inspired by. But i must say, i really do like it.*

Wow what a week. I think the earliest i got home all week was about 10:30. But I don’t regret even a single moment. I can’t believe what a show Macbeth was.

So the show was great every single night. People can be so nice sometimes. My scene was magnificent. Much better than I thought it would ever be. But everyone was just as amazing. Linda, wow some powerful shit yo. Jeff, just great. Mr.Sasse, saved the show. Witches, scary shit. Dead people, dead. Hooter, thank you for not laughing at me when I was on stage. Ladies, outstanding performances. Men, nice tights. Alyssa and Megan, made the show possible.

I made so many new friends from this show, and became some what closer with the old ones.

The cast included:

Jeff Thomas, Linda Jo Lonaberger, Amelia Lloyd, Jessica Berglund, Jennifer Espinosa, Matt Flocco, Chris Hibbard, Steve Schicatano, Mr.Patrick Sasse, Tom Kiscadden, Myslef, Hooter, Caleb Seip, Andrew Wedlock, Kevin Kozlowshi, Andrew Rhoades, Derek Columbus, Steven Frymoyer, Alex Watt, Nathalie Bell, Jessica Folk, Heather Hope, Naomi Steiner, Melissa Bradshaw, and the Reppert Clan.

I couldn’t believe what happened the last night. Okay so, there is this scene where Lady MacBeth goes insane. Well Linda is Lady Macbeth. And in that scene she is supposed to light a candle. Right before she went on the stage, the fire alarm went off. The two people on stage didn’t really know what to do with themselves. Of course, backstage, there was uncontrollable laughter. At first I didn’t know what to do. Then the thought went through my mind. What if Linda lit herself on fire? I mean she does have these huge sleeves and all? Oh my god Linda! But it turned out that someone must have pulled it in the gym. So in the end, we went back in and finished off the show. Morgan Reppert claims that the fire alarm went off because somebody said Macbeth in the audience. Did I mention she’s only like three?

Megan and I thought that we should do something nice for Mr.Sasse for helping us out. So we thought at first that we should have bought him something for his upcoming wedding. But that would mean we would have to collect money and go out and buy him something nice. And god knows, we didn’t have time to do anything like that. So instead, we decided to make him a cloak. It’s a really nice cloak to. It says MacDuff on the back and everything. Too bad we didn’t finish it in time, we had to take it back from him and said we would finish it and give it back. It will be better than before.

You know how awkward it is to here that your old husband left you to go wrestle and your new husband is an 11th grade English teacher that goes by the name of Mr.Sasse? I don’t think I will ever have a moment like that again. After the second show, he came up to me and said, in front of Molly and Jason, hey this is my wife. And molly looked at me and said, your kids are kind of really white. And Mr.Sasse responds with, oh it’s because she sat out in the Sun to long. I thought that was funny.

It was hard to part with my dress. I loved it dearly. It was so kewl. I even asked Mr.Reppert if I could by it and wear it to prom. And he said, “No.” I was heart broken. The costumes for this play were stinkin awesome. If you didn’t see this play, you really missed out.

New Years and Chirstmas were okay. I have to say that New Years was way better than xmas. I won the regular and Harry Potter scene it and steve the disney scene it. Oh checkers. I have to say that is one of my favorite games now, right stephen? I have a lot of pics from over christmas break. Maybe i will find the time to put those up. They are quite interesting. I have episodes of Smallville i have yet to watch. I never got around to them. its kind of sad. They are from weeks ago. I am so damn lazy and then i worry about not getting things done. It sucks. I have yet to turn in the paper saying what i want to do for my senior project. I don't know what to do. I have no idea. I don't think i have the time to do a one act. I should but i don't want to all at the same time. Life sucks. I hate Junior Year.
